ProStarCRM accommodates sales process at the product-type level. For example, a company has a number of product lines (types). Each product type has specific and different sales processes that a sales effort must followed in order to be successful. The ProStar application enables the sales director the ability to identify each step of the sales process for each product type. The sales director can run reports (Opportunity Detail Report) for each product type and identify the sales stage for each sales opportunity. The Opportunity Detail Report provides sales pipeline status at the user level and company level.
Each sale normally has a specific sales process. Sales steps are often unique by industry and can vary depending on the complexity of the offering. Processes can include the initial contact, product /service review, presentation, proposal, contract, negotiations and close. |
